We are one of the few laboratories which are authorized and can provide the elevated level of quality that is required on federal government projects in Colorado and the surrounding states.

Upon contacting our office, our Project Engineer will promptly assign a project number and coordinate with the designated team member who is already well-versed in your project's requirements and specifications. Our technicians hold certifications from ACI and ICBO in multiple fields, enabling them to perform various tasks efficiently. To address any quality concerns, we conduct weekly meetings with supervisors and representatives from all parties on-site. Additionally, we offer training in earthwork and concrete activities for your team, fostering an open dialogue on comprehensive quality control measures and solutions.
Documentation of deficiencies and discrepancies is crucial to our process. Upon identifying any issues, we promptly notify the responsible parties and document the occurrence. If immediate corrective action is taken, we mark the item as resolved. If not, the appropriate supervisory personnel are informed to consult with the Project Manager. Should any questions or concerns persist, the Project Manager collaborates with the Owner, Specific Agencies, and GC/CM representatives to address and resolve the matter effectively.

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION and REPORTING
Our laboratory facilities, including on-site laboratories, are strategically located in Colorado Springs. Equipped with laptops, our technicians have access to all essential project inspection and test forms, as well as project specifications. This allows for efficient report generation on-site upon the completion of field-testing and inspection.
In our commitment to prompt communication, we typically email reports to your office within 24-48 hours of completion, ensuring timely and transparent updates on your project's progress.
